Service Description
Appliances outside the high-end category can be labeled as "Standard Residential Appliances" or "Mainstream Appliances." These include well-known brands like Whirlpool, GE (non-Monogram), Frigidaire, Samsung, LG, Maytag, KitchenAid (non-Built-in Refrigerators), and Amana, commonly found in households and offering a balance of affordability, reliability, and performance.

Smart Tech Appliance Repair, Inc. Policies We appreciate you choosing Smart Tech Appliance Repair, Inc. Our goal is to provide exceptional service with clear communication regarding our policies. Below, you will find detailed information on estimates, invoices, warranties, and payments to ensure transparency and mutual understanding. ESTIMATES Estimates reflect the cost of repairing or servicing your appliance and are valid for 30 days. Your signature or payment to order parts confirms approval of an estimate, signifying the agreement to proceed at the quoted price. If additional research is required, a final estimate will be provided within 72 hours of the service call. Any changes in parts or pricing will result in a revised estimate for approval. A portion of the approved estimate will be collected as a down payment. Pre-Paid Diagnostic Appointments: The diagnostic fee is refundable if the appointment is rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance. WARRANTY POLICY We stand by our work and offer the following warranty coverage: Standard Coverage: 5-Year Warranty: All parts except electronic controls and refrigerant-sealed system parts. 1-Year Warranty: Labor on covered parts. Electronic Controls & Refrigerant-Sealed System Parts: 90-Day Part Warranty 30-Day Labor Warranty Diagnostic Charges: Covered under a 30-day guarantee. Warranty Exclusions: Installation corrections, instructional services, or replacing house fuses, wiring, or plumbing. Consumables such as light bulbs, filters, or water filters. Appliances used contrary to manufacturer guidelines or for non-household purposes. Damage due to accidents, misuse, improper installation, acts of God, or unapproved cleaning products. Cosmetic issues (e.g., scratches, dents) unless reported within 7 days of service. Inaccessible appliance removals or reinstallation. Appliances with missing, altered, or removed serial numbers. Repairs to systems modified by unauthorized personnel. Travel fees for remote service areas. Validation Requirements: The warranty applies only to the residence where the appliance was serviced. Proof of the original repair date and location is required. Limitations and Disclaimer: This limited warranty covers only repair or replacement as provided herein.
